E-mail your medications to doctors instead of filling out forms.

Are you tired of filling out monotonous medical history forms? Me too. Thats why I created an app to e-mail my medication list. It can make those forms easier to deal with..Every time I visit a new doctor, they want me to fill out another long boring medical history form. They all want the same basic information but each form has a different format so you cant just use a copy of the last one you completed..The worst part is the medications list. You know, writing out all those long nonsensical drug names that are difficult to pronounce and nearly impossible to spell. Of course the doctors needs this information. But honestly, I dont even want to remember those silly names, much less struggle to write them down again. So, why not have a simple app you can carry around in your cell phone? Instead of copying the same stuff over and over again, enter the information about your medications once to the app and e-mail the list whenever you need. Easier, right? You bet it is. Worked for me already. Went to a new dentist recently (the old one kept raising his prices). When his receptionist gave me the medical history form, I powered up my phone and sent him my drug list with just a couple of quick clicks, right there in his office. I was prepared. You will be too, after you install this app. Might even come in handy during emergencies. Welcome to users upgrading from MedList – Free. This Plus version of the app allows you to store med lists for your husband or Mom as well as yourself. You will also find a “Notes” field for each medication giving you a place to store additional information such as the name of the prescribing doctor or the prescription renewal date. And did I mention that this paid version has no ads?Multiple medication listsNo AdsNotes field for each medicationUpdated Android libraries

A little P'd off I tried the free and liked it. So went to Plus automatically thinking all my input into the Free version would be easily transferred across....... Wrong! but this is something that is required and should have been a priority when considering the sell version.... Too late for me I do like the app and will need to re-do my input all over again..... Really doesn't make sense.

Pretty cool that I can email my medication list to the doctor or print it out to hand carry.

This is definitely useful to keep track of all your medications if you need to go to the doctor excetera.

I wanted an app that listed my meds. Just what I wanted. It would be helpful to be able to list the prescriber.

I purchased the plus version so that I could use the option in the menu to download the med list file. That option didn't work in the free version. I discovered it doesn't work in the plus version either! Unless the ads bother you or you need to write notes about each med, stick with the free version.

Very handy! Has come in quite handy on a few situations. My only complaint is that I wish I could sync between devices, for example my phone, tablet, second phone, etc.

I would like to see additional fields for Ordered by/Physician, and Reason For Taking. This would help medical professionals complete their review of my meds....I could just hand them my phone for review.

The only thing better about Plus than the free version is you can make notes for each individual med. You cannot sort meds by time. You cannot create list "A" & then create a list "B" & transfer your med list for sorting. You'll have to input all your meds manually - again - if you want a morning & evening list. Just not worth the money for plus. Stick with free unless notations are important.

I like this app. It shure beats having to write down all those imposible wierd long medication names. it is hard to remember all the names if the medications.

great app, it would be nice if I could send to my printer also without emailing to Dr's
